Job summary

Euronet Worldwide is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Thane to drive complex payment and banking projects. The role demands extensive hands-on management of EFT switching, card services, real-time payments, and mobile banking initiatives, using Agile methods.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure clear communication with clients and stakeholders. A strong tech backdrop and PMP/CSM credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong domain background with EFT Switching, Cards, Real Time Payments, and Mobile Banking projects.
• Hands-on experience managing projects with Agile methodologies.
• Fair understanding of underlying technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals within time and budget.
• Implement project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
• Direct project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare status reports and modify schedules as required; create management and client reports.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Lead governance through project-level reporting and stakeholder meetings.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Thane

Experience: 15- Years of relevant experience working in the skillset

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of assigned project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Implementation of project plans within preset budgets and deadlines.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Prepare/Reviews status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing the overall direction and integrity of the project through project level reporting and Stakeholder meetings and reports.

Requirements

Required Skillset:

• Strong domain background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in managing/executing EFT Switching, Cards, Real Time Payments, Mobile Banking projects.
• Hands-on experience in executing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Fair understanding on underlying technology platform.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline
• Certification in PMP, CSM will be an advantage
