Key Responsibilities

• Implement an effective project or program management framework for corporate/commercial interior fit‑out projects.
• Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of projects in the region.
• Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities.
• Ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.
• Manage project deliverables, including risk allowance; monitor and control changes/variations.
• Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners through project completion.
• Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and the company.
• Serve as an escalation point of contact between the client (or their representative) and the company to ensure timely delivery within quality standards.
• Possess relevant experience managing corporate office interior fit‑out projects, including commercial and office spaces.
• Have knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit‑outs.
• Experience in corporate office fit‑out projects is a MUST.
