Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai is seeking a Project Manager to generate the project schedule, track progress, and coordinate with the team for Look Ahead reporting, delays, risks, and mitigations. The role also supports procurement tracking and vendor billing/cost tracking.

The candidate will prepare detailed project plans, manage budgets, and work with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones and deliverables, ensuring efficient resource use and timeline adherence.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Project Planning and Execution.
• Experience in project planning and coordination for Hospital and Commercial Projects.
• Proven track record in site execution, project scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans and schedules using project management software - Microsoft Project.
• Generate reports tracking the schedule and site inputs.
• Coordinate tendering process for appointment of vendors and support documentation for tendering.
• Define work breakdown structure (WBS), milestones and dependencies for each project phase.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates and track expenditures against budget.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and prevent overallocation.
