• 14–20 years of experience in installation management.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Strong skills in capacity planning, site audits, subcontractor management and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Installation capacity planning and optimization of resource use (people and tools).
• Monitor and report installation performance; take action on deviations.
• Support Installation Supervisors to manage schedules and costs; customer interaction on site.

Responsible for Installation capacity planning and accountable for optimized resource people and tools utilizationActively monitors and reports installation performance ensures action on deviationsSupports Installation Supervisors to maintain and manage installation schedules and costsResponsible for continuous improvement of safety quality and productivityResponsible for managing the quality of installation subcontractorsSupports Supervisors with customer interaction on site as well as with installation related customer disputes and escalations managementManages the competence activities and performance of Project SupervisorsProactively manages the capacity of his her team as per the decisions made in the Sales and Operations planning processPerforms site and process audits within his her team to ensure compliance with installation methods safety policies and KONE Way locally agreed practicesEnsures that both KONE and subcontracted installers are trained certified competent and capable to carry out their workResponsible for making sure that the safety and quality audits are carried outResponsible for the development of supervisors Installers and Field Trainers and installation admins
