Qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus; proficient with PM tools and design software.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project timelines and action plans; coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors; monitor progress and resolve delays.
• Client Communication: Act as primary liaison between client and project team; update clients on status and scope changes; address queries and concerns promptly.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain project docs, proposals, briefs, and meeting minutes; prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Budget and Vendor Management: Track expenses, coordinate with vendors, negotiate terms, oversee procurement schedules.
• Quality and Compliance: Conduct site visits to ensure design specs; ensure safety and company policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project timelines and action plans, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives align with client expectations.

Client Communication:
