Titan Engineering and Automation (TEAL) seeks a capable Project Lead to oversee project scope, cost, timeline, and deliverables. The role requires strong communication, planning, and analytical abilities to manage resources and resolve conflicts while keeping stakeholders informed.

The candidate should coordinate with customers, management, design, and QA teams, overseeing checklists and deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.

• Control project changes and drive team performance to meet customer requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Projects; understand critical path/critical chain.
• Understand customer needs, set realistic expectations and monitor satisfaction.
• Strong analytical mindset; identify novel problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement improvements.
• Make timely independent decisions aligned to priorities.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders; create checklists and presentations, maintain project repository.

• Overall responsibility for managing and controlling project scope cost timeline and deliverables.
• Project Lead must have Good Communication skills and should be able to address delicate situations and handle conflicts in such a way as to maximize opportunity and minimize exposure to risk.
• Must have good planning skills to manage tasks effectively and complete projects as expected. Must have analytical abilities team building and motivati on skills to help them organize resources work under tight deadlines Manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting
• Key Deliverables priorities.
• Must have ability to control project change and generate maximum team performance to satisfy customer requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Projects Must be able to understand Critical path / Critical chain of the project.
• Understanding customer and what the customers needs provided are realistic expectations establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors customer satisfaction.
• Must be a good analytical person, should recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic multistep approach Develops improvements and innovations to enhance performance.
• Must make decisions and take timely independent action in pursuit of priorities
• They communicate project information to stakeholders such as Customer Management Design Assembly Testing Vendor QC and QA Design and monitor checklists create presentations review and edit project deliverables and v Maintain the project information repository.
