Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager (Construction) to oversee projects from planning through to completion in Malta. You will ensure safety, timeliness, budget adherence and quality across activities, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams.

The role calls for a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 2–3 years of project management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, project planning, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of construction regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluency in English.
