Job summary

Avin Systems, Bengaluru, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead AUTOSAR integration projects and oversee embedded C development. You will ensure project delivery within budget and schedule while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include ASPICE and ISO 26262/21434 compliance, agile software practices, risk management, and clear executive reporting. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in engineering with 12-17 years of experience.
• PMP certification and Scrum certification is a plus.
• Experience in AUTOSAR integration projects and embedded C is required.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 cyber-security, and AUTOSAR is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle AUTOSAR integration projects and manage assigned technical projects to ensure budget, schedule, and scope adherence.
• Track status and synchronize between customers and project/scrum team.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues; prepare and present weekly/monthly reports.

Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, computer science) with12-17years of experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Scrum Certification is an added advantage

Job Profile :

• Experience in handling AUTOSAR integration projects and Knowledge of embedded C
• Manage assigned technical projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
• Knowledge on process models e.g. ASPICE, Functional Safety standards ISO 26262, ISO 21434 cyber-security standard and AUTOSAR
• Good knowledge in usage of Project Management Tools
• Status tracking and synchronization between customers and project/scrum team
• Skillful with customer communication and issues resolutions
• knowledge in weekly, monthly reports preparation and presentation to higher management
• knowledge in Project Plan preparations
• Contribute in requirements analysis during and after RFQ phase e.g. identification of technical constraints, needed licenses etc
• Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems affecting progress of software project.
