Role Overview

We are now preparing for our next phase of expansion. To support this growth, we are hiring our first dedicated Project Manager to drive execution across strategic initiatives spanning research, technology, and operations. You will work closely with leadership to convert ideas into well-executed initiatives. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes from scratch, and can manage cross-functional priorities with clarity and focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: Own planning, tracking, and on-time delivery of high-impact projects across teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with researchers and developers, to define scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Process Building: Create and refine project management workflows suitable for a nimble, growing organization.
• Prioritization & Risk Management: Identify roadblocks early, align stakeholders, and adapt plans as needed.
• Tooling & Reporting: Implement lightweight tools and dashboards to automate tracking, status updates, and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of project management experience in finance or technology; startup or high-growth experience preferred.
• Familiarity with quantitative finance workflows: research, back testing, data pipelines, or model deployment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in hedge funds, trading firms, or fintech startups.
• Background in engineering, statistics, or quantitative disciplines.
• Exposure to Agile or Lean project management frameworks.
