The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python, which is a deal breaker for this role. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures that support our data driven decision making processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide necessary data solutions.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues as they arise.
• Document data architecture, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Extensive experience with data warehousing solutions and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Proven experience in building and maintaining ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
