Job summary

ENH iSecure in Hyderabad seeks experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cybersecurity projects, coordinating with business and technology teams, and acting as the single point of contact to clients and senior management. The role involves documenting requirements, managing SDLC activities, and ensuring on-time delivery with clear risk mitigation.

The candidate should have MBA IT/IT systems and an engineering degree (ECE/EEE/IT/CSE), with strong BA skills, stakeholder management,

Responsibilities

• Perform project management and business analyst roles for cybersecurity projects.

• Act as liaison between clients and developers to ensure requirements are captured and traced.
• Capture data element requirements and data relationships; facilitate JAD sessions.
• Report project metrics, actions, risks and issues to stakeholders.

Job description

At ENH iSecure, you will beworking with leading edge technologies and solving complex IT and businesschallenges. You will be responsible to work closely with Business andTechnology teams, leading the understanding and successful implementation ofthe technology solutions to business requirements, designers and testers whilebeing the SPOC to clients and senior management at ENH iSecure.

• Performproject management, business analyst roles for all cybersecurity projects(Product neutral) at ENH iSecure.
  
• Responsiblefor project initiation, AS-IS TO-BE documentation, requirement analysiscompletely.
  
• Responsiblefor co-ordination with technology teams for design, development,infrastructure deployments, testing and production go live; during thisphase, the client engagement/stakeholder management for driving theprojects is also mandatory.
  
• Serve as aliaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business andtechnical requirements are identified, validated, and traced; ensuring tofollow all OEM recommended best practices.
  
• Assist inthe collection of data element requirements and identification of datarelationships.
  
• Facilitatejoint application review/design sessions (JAD) with clients &technical teams.
  
• Responsiblein capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks, andissues to the appropriate stakeholders.
  
• Responsiblefor optimizing milestone management in fixed bill projects, resourceoptimization in T&M projects, full utilization in all supportprojects.
  
• Co-ordinationwith internal finance in ensuring accurate billing from time to time.
  
• Create atrusting working relationship with the project team, business lead andclients.
  
• Participatein and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution,communication, and post-project activities.
  
• Communicatewith delivery leader; ensure complete SWOT analysis on all projects timeto time; initiative-taking risk identification (Individually) and riskmitigation with the help of leadership and teams.
  
• Createproject-related updates, documentation and presentations using toolssuchas Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  
• StrongBusiness Analysis skills
  
• Understandingof enterprise software; understanding of organizational process in usingthese
  
• Goodexperience in PM + BA activities; documentation.
  
• Comprehensiveexperience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
  
• Exceptionallygood in people handling Diligent, Precise, Initiative-taking, Analytical;must have handled at least few technical teams as reporting manager.
  
• Experienceof software delivery management.
  
• Experienceworking with international customers globally.
  
• Extensiveexp with PM tools.
  
• Experiencein creating all project related documentation (Functional/Non-Functional,Testing etc.).
  
• Experiencein ensuring all technical documentation delivery related to the projects.

MBA ITBM or MBA IT systemscandidates are eligible. MBA - HR/Marketing/Finance etc. candidates are noteligible.

Must be an Engineeringgraduate from ECE/EEE/IT/CSE only!
