Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Project Manager in India to lead end‑to‑end project planning and execution for Food & Beverage / Bottling plants. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery within budget and quality standards.

The role requires 15+ years in F&B/PEB/manufacturing plant project experience, deep regulatory knowledge, and a track record of delivering end‑to‑end projects. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience specifically in Food & Beverage / Bottling Plant / PEB / Manufacturing plants.
  • Completed 1 end‑to‑end project in F&B / Bottling / PEB / Manufacturing plants.
  • Deep knowledge of F&B regulatory requirements, food‑grade construction materials, and hygienic plant design.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning and execution with schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works ensuring quality and GMP standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) and maintain safe sites.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, BOQs, and contractor performance.
