A growing technology company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple projects while leading diverse teams. Job description

Looking forProject Manager with good interpersonal skills andexcellent communication skills. They will be responsible forplanning and coordinating multiple projects and supervising multiple teams. Theyshould be able use theirknowledge, expertise, and skills to mentor and guide team members ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.

They are someone who is currently living in Tamil Nadu or Kerala and can start immediately or have 30 day's notice period.

Job Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge of the complete software development life cycle and its nuances.
• Communicate effectively to clients and build strong relationships with them.
• Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into a proper documentation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Planning and executing sprints for completing projects on time.
• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
• Ensuring quality of delivery and that all directives are being followed.
• Be able to think as the customer and as the user.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in scrum ceremonies and any scrum tool.
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
