Job description

A passionate and knowledgeable Product Manager with a bachelors degree or equivalent and minimum of 2 3 years of experience. Someone who can succeed as an Product Manager' in the IT team because of their strong problem-solving skills and passion for building products that customers love. They are natural problem solvers and are driven by goals and growth.

They are someone who are currently living in Bangalore or are willing to relocate later and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

As a Product Manager' you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle and product roadmap. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. Your goal will be to ensure that the product being built is of high quality to attract the potential customers & improve customer experiences, thus increasing our companys profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Determining feature requirements.
• Researching customer experiences and demands & Improving customer experiences.
• Outlining a detailed product strategy.
• Managing cross-functional teams, product road maps and releases.
• Identifying and filling product gaps & redesigning as required.
• Generating new product ideas.
• Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Working alongside engineering teams.
• Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.
• Ensuring timely and quality release of product/ enhancements
• Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
• To run agile teams and events
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new strategies to maximize development efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Can run Agile projects with frameworks like Scrum
• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle/product development ability
• Ability to transform complex requirements to clear, time-oriented specifications.
• Good knowledge of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Up to date with latest trends, techniques, and technologies

Preferred Requirements:

• Project Management Certification (PMP) would be a plus
• Be highly autonomous in solving complex tasks, issues, and platform challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:
