Salary: Rs. 40,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-based Variable Pay

Role Overview
Were hiring a proactive Project Manager to lead our Zoho CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate has experience managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and delivering tailored CRM solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation and customization projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and clients
• Create and manage project plans, track deliverables, and ensure timelines are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Document project processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects and working with Zoho CRM
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM modules, custom functions, workflows, and automation
• Bonus: Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum) or knowledge of Agile practices
