Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with 15-20 years of experience in real estate development, particularly in infrastructure works and villa projects. The candidate should have strong project planning and execution skills, excellent coordination with consultants and contractors, and the ability to independently manage the entire site with a proactive and positive approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute overall project activities, ensuring timely completion as per approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and budgets.
• Lead infrastructure development works, including internal roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply, storm water management, utility services, and other external development works.
• Handle end-to-end execution of villa projects, ensuring coordination between civil, infrastructure, MEP, landscaping, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape consultants, PMC teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of site-related issues.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, productivity, and contractor performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations at all stages of construction.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and execution challenges, and take timely decisions to avoid delays.
• Prepare and review project progress reports, work schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans for management review.
• Conduct regular site meetings with consultants and contractors to monitor progress and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
• Maintain effective coordination between the head office and site team for approvals, procurement, billing, and project requirements.
• Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project milestones through effective communication, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in project management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, preferably with a reputed real estate developer.
• Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure development and execution of villa projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage project sites from planning through execution and completion.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, infrastructure services, drawings, BOQs, quality control, and construction methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Excellent consultant and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong leadership and independent decision-making abilities.
