Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a Windchill PLM Project Manager to own complex PLM transformation programs, driving delivery across implementation, migration, upgrades, and process transformation.

You will lead Windchill projects, manage PDMLink/ProjectLink environments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure secure information sharing with stakeholders while protecting IP, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Windchill PLM project management experience.
• Experience managing Windchill implementation, migration and upgrade projects.
• Good understanding of PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Workflows & BOM Management.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, resource, budget, and delivery management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of Engineering & Manufacturing PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Windchill project lifecycle—deployment, migration, upgrades, and delivery

• Drive workflow, Change Management, and BOM processes aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution
