Job summary

TQ Cert Services Telangana is seeking a senior Civil Project Head to oversee delivery across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial projects in Bengaluru. The role requires BE/BTech/MTech in Civil with 15–18 years of PM experience and at least 3 years as Project Head.

You will lead design, procurement, contract, time, cost, quality and safety management, and drive digital tools adoption (Primavera, MS Project, Power BI) while mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project management in relevant sector with min 3 years as Project Head/PM
• Residential/Commercial/Hospitality/Healthcare/Industrial sectors experience
• Strong leadership and communication required
• Safety and quality focus in project delivery

Responsibilities

• Be the brand ambassador for TQ Cert, promoting Tata Group values and a healthy work culture
• Overall responsibility for project delivery as per the project goals, ensuring client delight with a client-centric approach
• Define and implement project delivery strategies, and integrate digital tools in project management
• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of design, procurement, contract, time, cost, quality and safety management
• Prepare execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Provide technical guidance to the team, empower members, and resolve hindrances
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

BE/BTech / MTech in Civil Engineering; PG in Construction/Project Management is an added advantage

Experience:

15+years/ 18+ years in project management in relevant sector (Residential/ Commercial/ Hospitality/

Healthcare/ Industrial) out of which at least 3 years as Project Head/ Project Manager for any project from start to

completion

Technical Knowledge

: Strong domain knowledge in civil / structural and overall exposure to MEPF and services

Software Skills: Knowledge of Primavera P6/MS Project, MS Office, Exposure to Power BI/ Data Analytics tools

Soft Skills
