Job summary

ITC Infotech, Bengaluru, seeks an accomplished Windchill PLM Project Manager to own complex PLM transformation programs, including deployments, migrations, upgrades, and process changes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. The role demands strong stakeholder and resource management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Windchill PLM Project Management experience.
• Experience managing Windchill implementation / migration / upgrade projects.
• Good understanding of PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, Workflows & BOM Management.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, resource, budget, and delivery management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and drive projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of Engineering & Manufacturing PLM processes.

• Drive workflow, Change Management, and BOM processes aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution.
