SeedlingLabs Private Limited in Bengaluru invites a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for client deployments of our AI-native platform. You will unite engineering, design partners, and leadership to ensure timely delivery, quality, and customer value.
The role requires substantial experience guiding complex software programs, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate fast-moving enterprise environments within SeedlingLabs' PDaaS model.
About Seedlinglabs:
SeedlingLabs Private Limited is an AI-native Product Development as a Service (PDaaS) company
and a full-stack AI partner dedicated to helping organizations move from AI potential to real-world
impact. Powered by a team of Anthropic-certified Forward Deployed Engineers, SeedlingLabs
enables businesses to discover, govern, build, and scale production-ready AI solutions, providing the
rigorous engineering and expertise required to make AI work at scale from initial strategy through
secure enterprise deployment. That capability shows up in the company's own products, including
Sprout, an AI academic operating system live in 10,000+ classrooms with 300+ teachers across India;
Forgebench, is Agent Management layer for Enterprise AI for Governance and Cost Control for
Every Agent Call built On top of Your Existing Stack and Orchard, an agentic QA platform.
Beyond the technology, SeedlingLabs is committed to building an inclusive ecosystem that bridges
the digital divide and develops future-ready talent for global innovation, reflected in its expansion
beyond metro cities. SeedlingLabs operates from its offices located in Bengaluru and Koppal in India,
and Spokane, Washington in the United States.
You are the engine, not the dashboard. You won't spend your days updating Gantt charts
for a PMO. Youll be in the trenches, aligning brilliant people toward a single, aggressive
goal, and watching the product ship because of your push.
No endless alignment meetings. Youll sit in on customer calls, hear the actual roadblock,
and drive the team to build the fix. The whole loop, not a slice of it.
The hard part is genuinely hard. Aligning fast-moving engineers, high-stakes enterprise
clients, and shifting priorities without slowing the company down. You are building process
for speed, not bureaucracy.
Big surface area. Client implementations most weeks, but youll touch product strategy, QA,
engineering workflows, and go-to-market whenever the problem needs it. Nobody here is just
the "status update" person.
Fast decisions. No steering committees. Make the argument well, get the right people in the
room, and we execute often the same day.
Own execution end-to-end from client kickoff to the moment our AI platform is running smoothly in an environment we cannot SSH into.
Bring people together. You will be the connective tissue between engineering, design partners, and leadership. You naturally unify cross-functional teams over whom you have no direct authority.
Translate reality. Join customer calls, hear the problem first-hand, and translate enterprise pain points into actionable, prioritized engineering sprints.
Make real calls: what we prioritize today, what we push to next week, what process we adopt, and what bureaucratic nonsense we delete.
Do whatever it takes. If a release is blocked, you find a way around it. If documentation is missing, you write it. We all do almost everything around here.

The Tech: You don't need to write the Python, but you genuinely understand tech and AI-native concepts. You need to know why the LLM pipeline is taking too long.
The People: Highly opinionated, incredibly talented engineers and high-friction enterprise buyers. You know how to speak both languages fluently.
The Tools: Linear, Notion, Slack or whatever gets the job done. We care about the output (shipped software), not your proficiency in Jira ticket hygiene.
Youve been early somewhere before and know what that actually costs.
"Thats not my job" isnt in your vocabulary.
