Job summary

Aerchain is rewriting procurement with an AI-first platform. You will own a cluster of modules, lead solutioning for complex enterprise accounts, and drive measurable customer value from delivery through adoption.

• 9–12 years in product roles with progression from feature ownership to module or product area ownership.
• Procurement, sourcing, or supply-chain domain experience is required to understand workflows.
• Ability to diagnose complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes calls.
• Use of AI as a core part of the work and prototyping solutions for engineers to carry forward.
• Develop PMs/Builders by showing what good looks like and owning outcomes.

From $4M ARR today to $25M ARR and beyond, our mission is to build enterprise-grade, AI-first procurement software for global enterprises across manufacturing, FMCG, and services.

Role Snapshot

You'll own a cluster of modules and be accountable for the outcomes they drive across customers. You'll work with enterprise clients to ensure they realise value from the product, lead solutioning for complex accounts, define what the cluster builds and why, and ensure every module delivers measurable customer value. You'll work across business, engineering, and leadership, and develop the PMs / Builders in your cluster. You set the

standard for how the cluster builds: solutions are prototyped in AI, and engineering builds forward from those prototypes rather than from a blank page. You report to the Product Lead.

What You'll Drive

Problem Discovery & Research

• Drive discovery across the cluster: understand customer problems, workflows, and success criteria at the deepest level.
• Set the standard for how problems are diagnosed and sized across your PMs / Builders. Challenge recommendations, not just review them. Zero escalations without a fully formed recommendation and reasoning.

Customer Ownership

• Own Tier A customer engagements end-to-end, from understanding their problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Solution enterprise clients independently, coordinating with PMs / Builders where modules overlap.
• Be the single point of contact for Tier A customers through delivery, adoption, and outcome

validation.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee delivery across the cluster. Sign off on sprint plans and ensure PMs / Builders are unblocked and on track.
• Own the quality bar across all modules. A delivery failure in the cluster is your failure.

Release & Adoption

• Hold the customer-value metrics standard across all modules in the cluster. PMs / Builders define; you challenge and validate.
• Own post-release outcomes for Tier A customers. Stay in the loop until value is confirmed.
• Develop the PMs / Builders in your cluster: build their judgment, not just their output.
