Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Project Manager to lead regional end-to-end product development projects, guiding cross-functional teams across multiple product lines to deliver on-time launches, within budget, and with high quality.

The role requires coordinating global teams, applying stage-gate processes, managing risks, and communicating with leadership to secure governance approvals. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting projects, product development, or project coordination.
• Experience working with global team environments.
• Understanding of stage-gate processing.
• Experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and risk analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
• Excellent at developing and maintaining good working relationships.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills across all levels (both internally and externally).

Responsibilities

• Leverage structured new product development process and stage gate frameworks to lead project activities from initial RFQ through the entire project development and release lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth project delivery (including timeline, schedule, budget, quality, and deliverables)
• Conduct regular cadence of project meetings, document meeting minutes, and assign and maintain action rails; Follow up with appropriate action owners when necessary
• Manage project stakeholders, including core team members and leadership functions
• Prepare and present projects to the leadership team to effectively communicate project updates and gain project governance approvals
• Monitor and maintain risk and issues logs, and elevate when appropriate
• Proactively identify and communicate escalations around challenges, gaps, support required and resource needs to quickly address issues before they impede successful delivery of the program
• Encourage strategic thinking from the team throughout a project lifecycle
