Rivulet IQ Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of digital and e-commerce projects for US-based clients.

You will coordinate scope, timelines, and resources across India and the US, ensuring clear communication, quality, and on-time delivery. You will translate client requirements into actionable plans, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive process improvements with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to final delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and address roadblocks.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and client objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining delivery quality.

• Conduct project meetings, sprint reviews, and status calls.

• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Adapt to evolving client needs while protecting timelines.

As we deliver digital and e-commerce solutions across WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce for agency partners and US-based clients, we need someone who can hold the full picture together: scope, timeline, team, and client expectations, all at once.

This role goes beyond "tracking tasks." We're looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, communicate with clarity across time zones, and keep multiple moving projects on track without dropping quality.

What you'll really be doing

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle management from discovery to final delivery

• Assign tasks based on team strengths, expertise, and project requirements
• Monitor workload distribution to ensure optimal resource utilization
• Track task progress and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with team members to resolve blockers and maintain productivity

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain structured documentation including SOW, technical briefs, flowcharts, proposals, and requirement documents
• Create internal and client-facing reports, dashboards, and status updates
• Maintain accurate project records, change requests, and communication logs
• Ensure documentation supports clarity, traceability, and scope control

4. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain clear and structured communication between India teams, US teams, and clients
• Conduct project meetings, sprint reviews, and status update calls
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and proactive issue resolution
• Ask the right clarifying questions to prevent ambiguity and scope creep

5. Quality & Process Improvement

• Monitor project health and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Support the implementation of delivery best practices and structured processes

6. AI & Workflow Optimization

• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, or similar) to streamline documentation, summarize meetings, structure SOWs, identify project risks, and enhance reporting efficiency
• Use AI-driven insights to improve task planning, workflow clarity, and project productivity

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital agency, IT services, or e-commerce environment

Must Have Skills

• Hands-on experience managing projects built on WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce
• Strong understanding of WordPress forms, plugins, integrations, APIs, and payment gateways
• Proven experience preparing technical documentation and client-facing presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to make structured decisions in dynamic, high-pressure environments
• High ownership mindset with accountability for timelines, delivery, and quality
• Experience working with cross-time-zone teams, particularly US-based stakeholders

Tools & Platforms

Nice to Have

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Familiarity with white-label delivery models or agency outsourcing structures
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or Iterative project management methodologies
• Experience contributing to internal training, onboarding, or process documentation
• Understanding of risk management frameworks and dependency planning
