Neomedic India is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of pharmaceutical product projects. You will define timelines, resources, and risk plans while coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet milestones.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, mitigating bottlenecks, driving NPD and lifecycle projects, overseeing regulatory submissions, and ensuring GMP/compliance. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and commercialization processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management tools).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for pharmaceutical products.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
• Drive new product development (NPD), product transfers, and lifecycle management projects.
• Monitor regulatory submissions, approvals, and launch readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
• Support business growth initiatives by evaluating project feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements.
