Job summary

Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited seeks a proactive PMO professional to support project execution through planning, tracking, and reporting. You will maintain live data, monitor milestones, and present MIS dashboards to leadership, using Power BI, Monday.com, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The role requires 5+ years in PMO, expertise in Power BI, Monday.com, and Office tools, and will involve coordinating with multiple teams across India and abroad.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PMO or related project roles.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Monday.com, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience in dashboards, reporting, and project data management.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor project dispatches, deliveries, installation progress, testing, commissioning, and certifications.
• Maintain live project data and ensure daily status updates.
• Manage and update project trackers, action item registers, risk registers, and milestone trackers.
• Monitor KPIs such as Dispatch Status, Collection Status, Material Availability, Certifications & Approvals, and Resource Deployment.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Monday.com.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management reviews.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial, Procurement, Site Teams, and Vendors to validate data.
• Create management presentations and executive summaries using PowerPoint.
• Analyze performance, identify delays and risks, and support MOMs during reviews.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Project Management Executive (PMO) to support project execution through effective planning, monitoring, dispatch tracking, dashboard management, and reporting. The role will be responsible for maintaining live project data, monitoring dispatches, tracking project milestones, and providing management with accurate MIS and performance dashboards for decision-making.

• Track and monitor project dispatches, deliveries, installation progress, testing, commissioning, and certifications across all ongoing projects.
• Maintain live project data and ensure accurate status updates on a daily basis.
• Manage and update project trackers, action item registers, risk registers, and milestone trackers.
• Monitor project KPIs including:
• Dispatch Status
• Collection Status
• Material Availability
• Certifications & Approvals
• Resource Deployment
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Monday.com.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management reviews.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial Team, Procurement Team, Site Teams, and Vendors to collect and validate project data.
• Prepare management presentations, project review decks, and executive summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Analyze project performance and identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Support project review meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
• Maintain centralized records for dispatches, billing, collections, site progress, and customer commitments.
• Ensure timely reporting of critical project issues and escalations.
