Who you will work with

Strategy and Transformation (S&T) CoE regularly collaborates with Sr. stakeholders (Sr. Partners, EVPs) from Bain's Strategy & Transformation Practice and works with Bain case teams across the globe on strategy / transformation case requirements.

The work spans across industries with variety of analysis including but not limited to industry/sector analysis and scans, analyzing disruptive themes and evolving start-up ecosystem, Investment analysis, M&A and Corporate venture capital Scans, Digital heuristics identifying key trends/drivers/challenges, survey analysis, etc.

Additionally, the team also supports Global S&T Practice in managing CEO Forums and Podcasts that entails developing IPs / POVs / Tools and managing communication with senior Bain Stakeholders, including Partners, Practice leadership as well as Marketing team and third-party vendors.

What you’ll do

• This is a Project Leader role within the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) CoE at BCN, supporting high-priority global initiatives including the Global CEO Forums, Founder's Mentality Podcast, and related S&T priorities
• The role is designed for a proactive, ownership-oriented individual who can operate as an individual subject-matter and delivery expert, independently leading complex initiatives end-to-end while partnering with a Manager/Senior Manager for strategic thought partnership
• The Project Leader will combine program management, executive-level content development, research and analytics, and especially senior stakeholder management, working directly with Bain Partners, EVPs, regional leadership, Global Marketing, and external partners; junior team members may be leveraged selectively, while the Project Leader retains accountability for delivery and quality
• The role also requires a strong AI-enabled delivery mindset - proactively using GenAI, automation, and emerging tools to create repeatable workflows and solutions that improve the quality, speed, and scalability of delivery

The Project Leader will lead one or more priority global initiatives, including:

Global CEO Forums

• What it is: Bain's Global CEO Forum program is a series of curated conversations among priority client CEOs and senior Bain leaders to exchange perspectives on critical CEO agenda topics;Forums are held across multiple regions and typically involve 20-30 senior executivesin each forum
• Role: Lead end-to-end program delivery, including agenda and content development, Partner preparation, stakeholder coordination, Forum participation, and post-Forum synthesis and follow-through; consolidate CEO perspectives and emerging themes into insights that can be shared with Bain's global leadership and broader CEO community

Founder's Mentality Podcast

• What it is: A CEO podcast series exploring key leadership moments of the CEOs that shaped their journey as business leaders,linked back to Bain's S&T perspectives
• Role: Shape episode themes and storylines; lead research on companies, executives, industries and strategic topics; develop briefing and interview materials; and coordinate delivery across senior Partners, Global Marketing and external production partners; capture insights from episodes and translate them into reusable content and commercial opportunities

Core IP & Commercial Assets

• Build a strong understanding of priority S&T intellectual property and evolving strategic themes - including Founder's Mentality, CEO Forum and Podcast topics, and adjacent areas - and partner with senior practice leaders on research, diagnostics, IP development and leadership workshops
• Translate this work into case studies, Bain case profiles, executive materials and reusable commercial assets that strengthen client conversations and support broader commercialization

About you

We are looking for a proactive, ownership-oriented and solution-driven individual who can independently drive high-visibility work while building credibility with senior stakeholders. You will bring:

• A Master's/postgraduate degree with 4-7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, business research, knowledge services or a comparable professional-services environment; experience of working with C-suite will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex, high-priority initiatives end-to-end, with limited day-to-day direction
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills, with the maturity and confidence to work directly with Partners, senior executives and geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent program management and work-planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies and timelines in fast-moving environments
• Strong structured problem solving and business judgment, with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar businesses and industries, identify the critical questions, and translate research into clear insights and implications
• Strong research, analytical, synthesis and story lining capabilities, with experience developing concise, executive-ready content and presentations
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and create repeatable approaches that enhance the quality and scalability of delivery
• A strong AI and innovation orientation, with interest or experience in using GenAI, automation and emerging tools to create repeatable workflows and new ways of working
• Ability to guide and selectively leverage junior team members while remaining personally hands-on and accountable for the final output
