Job summary

Lider Consultancy Services seeks a senior professional to lead end-to-end transition initiatives for a Fortune 500 client, based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on migrating services, processes and roles to GCC India while aligning with European business needs.

You will drive planning, governance and reporting with minimal disruption to operations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in transition or transformation roles, with strong analytical, communication and influencing

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, governance, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Knowledge transfer, process documentation, KPI/SLA, controls and stabilization.

We've an urgent job opportunity with our Fortune 500 product based client in Bangalore.

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end transition of approved services, processes and roles to GCC India, with primary focus on the European business. Convert agreed scope and workforce plans into executable transition plans; coordinate business, GCC and enabling teams; maintain governance, risks and reporting; and deliver controlled go-live, stabilization and formal sign-off with minimal business disruption.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, transition, shared services, GCC or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated capability in planning, governance, RAID management, stakeholder coordination and executive reporting.
• Working knowledge of knowledge transfer, process documentation, KPI/SLA, controls and stabilization.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills in a global, multicultural environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualification is desirable.
