About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Lead to manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive project outcomes and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery in alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of project activities.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and agreed performance metrics.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates are maintained accurately.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address project requirements and resolve escalations.
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to established processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and improve team productivity.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues and recommend corrective actions where required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
• 46 years of experience in project management, project leadership, or project delivery.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project workstreams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Experience in client management, stakeholder reporting, and escalation handling.
