Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment) is recruiting a Senior Leader to steer the development and delivery of Cockpit Domain Controllers and Infotainment Systems for next-generation vehicles. Qualifications

• 16–20 years in Automotive Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Vehicle Software Development.
• Minimum 5+ years leading CDC or Infotainment Programs.
• Strong understanding of Android Automotive / Linux-based Infotainment, CAN, Ethernet.
• Experience managing global teams and complex automotive programs.
• OEMs or Tier-1 supplier background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of CDC and Infotainment Systems.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including requirements, architecture, development, validation, and production launch.
• Drive integration of digital cockpit interfaces including Displays and Instrument Clusters, Voice Assistants, Connected Vehicle Features, HMI and UX.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams across software, hardware, systems, validation, and suppliers.
• Own project planning, risk management, budget tracking, and milestone achievement.
• Lead supplier interactions and ensure quality, cost, and timeline commitments.
• Support technology strategy and roadmap planning for future cockpit platforms.

The role will drive end-to-end program execution, system integration, stakeholder management, and technology roadmap development for connected cockpit platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and integration of Cockpit Domain Controllers (CDC) and Infotainment Systems.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery including requirements, architecture, development, validation, and production launch.
• Drive integration of digital cockpit interfaces including:
• Displays and Instrument Clusters
• Voice Assistants
• Connected Vehicle Features
• HMI and User Experience Solutions
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams across software, hardware, systems, validation, and suppliers.

Required Experience

Preferred Background

• Experience in OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers working on Digital Cockpit, Infotainment, ADAS integration, or Connected Vehicle Platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale vehicle programs from concept to production.
