Trusent Consulting is seeking a senior professional to lead project finance and debt advisory activities. The role focuses on building robust financial models for project evaluation and funding, performing credit analyses, IRR and DSCR assessments, and supporting the full financing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on modelling skills, extensive experience with banks and lenders, and a proven ability to coordinate with credit rating agencies while delivering clear financial

Qualifications

• 24 years of relevant experience in Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Debt advisory.
• Hands-on financial modelling is mandatory (40-50% of role).
• Experience with banks, lenders and financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of project finance, debt financing and credit analysis.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• MBA (Finance) / CA / B.Com preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Support the complete financing lifecycle, including financing documentation, debt disbursement and covenant monitoring.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and lenders.

• Coordinate with credit rating agencies on credit analysis and rating-related initiatives.
• Prepare financial and credit analyses for management and financing discussions.

Key Requirements:

• 24 years of relevant experience in Project Finance / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking / Debt Advisory / Financial Advisory.
• Strong hands-on financial modelling experience - this will constitute approximately 40-50% of the role and is mandatory.
• Experience working with banks, lenders and financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of project finance, debt financing, credit analysis and financial statements.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• MBA (Finance) / CA / B.Com preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
