Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of engineering documents related to transmission tower and foundation design.
• Design as per relevant codes and standards.
• Optimize overall weight of tower and foundation with respect to tenderquantity.
• Perform Sag tension calculation.Provide approximate weight of tower at tender stage.
• Safe and optimized designing of tower.
• Timely completion of designing of transmission line towers and foundations.
• Support client for engineering activities.
• Design of transmission tower, with use of PLS Tower software oftransmission line design.
• Submission of transmission tower design within time limit.
• Approval of designs without major comments.
• Successful type testing of towers.

Provide support to team for any engineering work.

• Provide guidance to team and coaching to the team to achieve the operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.
• Ensure training and continuous learning of team.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts promotes collaboration and respect among the team.
• Smooth communication with stakeholders.
