Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Order Management Specialist for the INOPC PG group in India. The role focuses on handling priority deliveries, order booking in SAP, and coordinating across operations to ensure on-time performance and accurate invoicing.

The candidate will manage order acknowledgements, forecasts, and client escalations while generating daily trackers and reports for team productivity, with emphasis on high-load capacity and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 yrs. of experience.
• End-use working knowledge in SAP - SAP R/3 (ERP)
• Case management in Salesforce CRM.
• Very good communication & customer handling skills
• Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

General Information

As an Order Management Specialist for INOPC PG you will be part of Operation Center in India (INOPC-PG), aiming to develop a global value chain, where key business activities, resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries in order to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across markets. It provides high quality engineering and commissioning support to Business Units and Center of Excellence across the Hitachi Energy world. This is an important step from Hitachi Energy's Global Foot Print strategy. PS Operation Center Services are System design, Primary side design, Secondary side design, Sourcing, Installation and commissioning.

Task

As an Order Management Specialist for INOPC PG you will be responsible for
