Job description

We are looking for a Project Engineer who will be responsible for designing, planning, and supporting the implementation of layout plans for office spaces. The role focuses on space planning, workflow drawings, and rendering, ensuring that layouts are accurate, efficient, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

• Space Planning & Workflow Design: Create detailed layout designs and workflow drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp (or similar software such as Lumion, Enscape).
• 3D Visualization & Rendering: Develop high-quality renders to help visualize layout concepts for review and approvals.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth execution of layouts.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate drawings, reports, and supporting documents.
• Quality Support: Assist in reviewing layouts and implementing quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Client & Team Communication: Share design updates and incorporate feedback into layouts.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure layouts comply with design standards and safety regulations.
• Learning & Improvement: Stay updated with the latest layout design tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering / architecture (or related field).
