The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background, 4–8 years of HVAC project execution experience, and hands-on knowledge of chiller systems, project management, and commissioning. Strong communication skills are essential.

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution.
• Mandatory experience in Chiller Projects (Air-Cooled / Water-Cooled).
• Proven experience in Project Management, Site Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of HVAC projects with a focus on Chillers and related infrastructure.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities from kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and submittals.
• Ensure completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Prepare MIS/project status reports.
• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and company standards.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer – HVAC with strong experience in Chiller Project Execution and Project Management . The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of HVAC/chiller projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and coordination with customers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of HVAC projects with a focus on Chillers, Cooling Systems, and related HVAC infrastructure .
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities from kickoff to final handover.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submittals.
• Ensure project completion within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Track project progress and prepare MIS/project status reports.
• Manage site resources, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and company compliance standards.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of experience in HVAC Project Execution .
• Mandatory experience in Chiller Projects (Air-Cooled / Water-Cooled Chillers).
• Proven experience in Project Management, Site Execution, Installation, Testing & Commissioning .
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, cooling towers, AHUs, and control systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling large industrial, commercial, refinery, petrochemical, data center, or manufacturing projects.
• Exposure to EPC/project delivery environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
