Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Mumbai seeks a Project Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to manage billing, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for complex projects. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate billing and cost control.

The candidate will develop QS procedures, verify bills per IS codes, and prepare reports and MIS for monthly bill certification, while maintaining strong client relationships and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a quantity surveyor or billing engineer in construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and billing systems.
