Work Mode: Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home (either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a week

Summary

The Project Design Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational execution and quality assurance of design production tasks involving internal teams and external BPO vendors. This role coordinates task assignments, monitors delivery schedules, conducts independent quality checks, and resolves workflow issues to ensure smooth and timely production. Unlike the BPO Lead, who manages strategic vendor relationships and overall project oversight, the Specialist focuses on precise daily task management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily task allocation and track project progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain detailed daily and weekly reports on project status, turnaround time, and quality performance.
• Act as the main operational contact between internal teams and external vendors for workflow coordination.
• Identify and resolve any blockers or issues impacting delivery schedules.
• Independently perform quality assurance on deliverables to meet company standards.
• Document and track quality issues, ensuring timely vendor corrections and improvements.
• Organize and facilitate daily/weekly alignment and feedback meetings to support continuous operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3 yearsof experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field with emphasis on daily task execution.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello.
• Basic knowledge of 3D modeling, particularly with 3ds Max including UV unwrapping skills preferred.
• Alternatively, strong proficiency in Photoshop, especially in color correction and color management.
• Proven experience conducting independent QA checks and enforcing quality standards.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
