Job summary

NIQ is hiring a Project Manager to serve as the liaison between Operations and Commercial teams, turning client inputs into high-quality survey materials and ensuring timely delivery of market research studies. You will program surveys, manage fieldwork, oversee translations, and ensure quality and compliance across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Review questionnaire input forms and study materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Program and configure online surveys within NIQ's survey platform.
  • Coordinate translations with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct QA testing of programmed surveys before launch.
  • Configure routing solutions and vendor integrations.
  • Launch and manage fieldwork, ensuring quotas and timelines are met.
  • Identify risks and onboard additional samples or vendors as needed.
  • Track project costs and fieldwork performance.
  • Serve as operations contact for Client Service and Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and operational standards.

Job Description

Project Managers serve as the single point of contact between the Operations and Commercial teams, tasked with executing our market research services from start to finish. Project Managers convert Commercial/Client analytical inputs into high-quality survey materials, maintain project timing and scheduling systems, perform quality checks, and coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to fulfill market research project requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review questionnaire input forms and study materials for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency, proactively resolving any discrepancies with Commercial and Client Service teams.
  • Program and configure online surveys within NIQ's proprietary survey platform using approved concepts, stimuli, and finalized questionnaire specifications.
  • Coordinate translation requirements with internal and external translation partners to ensure timely delivery of localized survey materials.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) testing of programmed surveys to validate routing, logic, quotas, stimuli display, and respondent experience before launch.
  • Configure survey routing solutions and vendor integrations, including setup and deployment through approved sample providers and panel platforms.
  • Launch, monitor, and manage fieldwork activities, ensuring respondent quotas, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Identify fieldwork risks and implement corrective actions, including onboarding additional sample sources or vendors when required.
  • Track project costs and fieldwork performance to ensure studies are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Client Service and Commercial teams during study setup and fieldwork execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve survey, programming, sampling, or fieldwork issues efficiently.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality, compliance, and operational standards before client delivery.

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in market research operations, project management, survey programming, or related areas, 2+ years of Relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify questionnaire and setup issues.
  • Open to work in different shifts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness and flexibility to change
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with survey programming platforms (no coding language experience required).
  • Knowledge of sampling, quota management, fieldwork monitoring, and online panel vendors.
  • Familiarity with survey routing and sample management platforms.
  • Understanding of market research methodologies and online data collection processes.
