Job Description
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.

  • Make timely, independent decisions on project priorities, vendors, schedules, costs, and delivery trade-offs, escalating only matters involving significant commercial, client, or operational risk.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, establishing clear milestones and ensuring risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes are actively managed and communicated.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes, ensuring alignment and removing barriers to successful project delivery.

  • Ensure field materials, project documentation, and operational inputs are accurate, fit for purpose, and completed in time to support efficient execution.
  • Provide stakeholders and senior management with concise, decision-oriented updates on project status, material risks, financial performance, and required actions.
  • Apply sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach, avoiding unnecessary approvals, meetings, documentation, or administrative steps that do not contribute to quality, risk management, or client value.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in project delivery, sharing best practices and providing guidance to colleagues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, applying lessons learned, simplifying processes, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
  • Own the accurate tracking and maintenance of KPIs, regularly assess performance against agreed targets, and take timely corrective action to address gaps and ensure commitments are met.
