Linesight is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Bengaluru area to join our global project and cost management team. You will evaluate data management processes, negotiate pricing with external partners, and keep stakeholders informed with monthly reports, schedules, and risk updates.

The role requires travel to client locations such as Peenya and Jigani, and a strong background in cost and schedule management for construction or pharmaceutical/chemical projects.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Are willing to travel to client locations based in Peenya (Bengaluru North) and/or Jigani (in the outskirts of Bengaluru)
• Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes.
• Have experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical projects would work the best!
• Are a strong, self-sufficient professional who can manage both planning and cost controls, engage effectively with project stakeholders and provide consistent on-site support.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures.
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
