Desirable Experience & Skills

• Research experience in mitochondrial biology, cellular metabolism, or autoinflammatory/immunological disorders.
• Technical expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry, gene expression analysis, and immunological/biochemical assays.
• Hands‑on familiarity with mitochondrial functional assays (mitochondrial membrane potential, ROS, biogenesis).
• Experience in handling human clinical samples (PBMCs) and laboratory documentation/data analysis.
