M3USA in Bengaluru is recruiting for a Project Assistant to support project delivery in market research recruitment. You will handle end-to-end recruitment tasks, coordinate with project teams, and ensure tasks meet SLAs and budgets. The role requires strong English communication and basic MS Excel skills.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and up to 1 year of MR experience, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Willingness to work US shift hours is required.

The Project Assistant is responsible for executing tasks related to project delivery, ensuring work is completed within established Service Level Agreement timelines and quality. The Project Assistant coordinates with the project team to deliver the project, being fully responsible for the allocated project tasks.
