Role Description

The Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and documentation, coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, and overseeing design compliance during construction. The role involves reviewing and managing submittals, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction issues. The Project Architect also ensures that design standards, sustainability goals, and building codes are met, while monitoring project schedules and supporting quality and cost control. This position requires active participation in client meetings and internal reviews to maintain clear communication and ensure successful project delivery.
