Job summary

Raise Financial Services is seeking a high-agency Project Analyst to support strategy, growth, operations, investing, content, and automation. You will work closely with the founders on cross-functional initiatives and become proficient in building AI-powered workflows.

You’ll conduct market and industry research, assist growth experiments, and help turn ideas into executable projects in a fast-growing startup environment based in Goregaon West, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

We're looking for a high-agency Project Analyst who thrives in ambiguity and uses AI to solve business problems faster and smarter. You'll work closely with the founders on high-impact projects across strategy, growth, operations, investing, content, and automation.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong interest in startups, technology, investing, and AI.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Notion AI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Curious, resourceful, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
