  • Help identify friction points, intake gaps, and improvement opportunities that strengthen governance consistency and stakeholder experience
Integrated Assurance Review (IAR) & Architecture Review Support
  • Coordinate governance intake, review readiness, follow-ups, and action tracking across IAR, Architecture Review Board, and related review forums
  • Support Product Team and Technology Delivery Team engagement by validating completeness of governance information, dependencies, and required review inputs
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, decision summaries, action items, and status updates to support transparent and timely governance outcomes
Standards Management & Policy Enablement
  • Support the management and communication of IT standards, non-functional requirements, decision trees, and related governance guidance
  • Assist with standards lifecycle activities, including exposure-period readiness, implementation planning support, documentation updates, and stakeholder communication preparation
  • Help maintain traceability between governance standards, architecture decisions, exceptions, and documented approval outcomes
Knowledge Management & Tooling
  • Create and maintain Confluence pages, Jira items, SharePoint repositories, templates, and guidance materials that make governance processes easier to understand and use
  • Ensure Key Design Decisions, exceptions, approvals, and governance artifacts are captured consistently in the appropriate repositories
  • Support knowledge enablement efforts that improve onboarding, cross-team alignment, and repeatability across global stakeholders
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Support governance dashboards and performance reporting related to intake, throughput, task execution, request closure, aging, and portfolio trends
  • Conduct data hygiene activities and support analysis that helps leadership understand governance demand, risk, capacity, and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance speed-to-deliver while maintaining appropriate risk-based governance controls
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong interest in IT Enterprise Architecture, governance frameworks, risk-based decision-making, and enterprise technology delivery
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, written communication, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to coordinate across global teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively in a hybrid and cross-time-zone environment
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation quality, and governance repository hygiene
  • Proficiency with collaboration and work management tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office
