  • Financial Communication and Presentations: Develop clear financial summaries and presentations that explain project performance, risks, and forecasts to non-financial stakeholders and clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to assigned projects and areas of specialization, develop financial expertise through ongoing learning, and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four-year qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, analyze budget variances, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, and report financial information accurately.
  • Understanding of project financial management throughout the complete project lifecycle, from initial study award and planning through execution and closeout.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, particularly percentage-of-completion accounting, and their application to project financial reporting.
  • Understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, revenue forecasting, resource planning, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and presentations and communicate complex financial information clearly to colleagues and clients without a finance background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English proficiency and the ability to present financial findings concisely and professionally.
