Overview

TRC Companies, Inc., a leader in engineering consulting, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Project Analyst in Hyderabad, India . Responsibilities

  • Analyze project data and metric to track progress and identify areas of improvement
  • Project Analyst will be a point of contact for the Security team looking for support with new project delivery, enhancements, reporting etc.,
  • Establish and document project requirements and guidelines in accordance with standard security project delivery coordination and management
  • Track security project requirements; outstanding risk, issues and decisions; lifecycle documentation and dependencies
  • Keep project details up to date and accurate to support reporting on project milestones, and any other project related data
  • Creates cross-functional project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders including operational metrics and finances

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years of working experience as a Project Analyst or a technical role within information technology or security industry.
  • Ability to apply standardized project control mechanisms such as planning and project progress tracking / control, estimating, logic analysis, resource planning and allocation, issue and risk management
  • Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed
  • Ability to organize personal and team time effectively
  • Technical understanding of security technologies a plus
  • Financial industry and cyber security experience a plus
