Job description

Location: Jogeshwari, Worli, Mahalaxmi, Kanjurmarg

Role: Desktop Support L1, L2 & L3

Payroll: Progressive InfoVision PVT LTD

Salary Range: -

  • L1: ₹17,462/- CTC per month (Including PF & ESIC)
  • L2: ₹18,000 - 20,000/- CTC per month (Including PF & ESIC)
  • L3: ₹20,000 - 23,000/- CTC per month (Including PF & ESIC)

Education: Regular Graduation is mandatory – 10th + 12th / Diploma + Graduation/Diploma

Job Responsibilities
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role (In Windows domain).
  • Working knowledge of ticketing tools (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office automation products, peripherals like printers, scanners, IP phones, VC devices, etc.
  • Understanding of network security practices, anti-virus programs, DLP, Windows patch updates, etc.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to guide users step-by-step.
  • Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues within SLA.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and own them till resolution.
  • Assist users with installing applications and peripherals.
  • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
  • Record issues and solutions in logs.
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SCCM agent installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of loading operating systems via network booting technologies (SCCM, WDS, etc.).
