We are looking for a Program & Site Specialist to drive operational excellence, consistency, and performance across our driver-support network. You thrive in managing site operations, optimizing processes, and enabling teams to deliver strong results at scale. You bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to complex environments, ensuring support sites run smoothly and deliver measurable business impact.
As part of Uber's IndiaSA CommOps team, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day performance of our support sites and ensuring seamless execution of driver-support operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Ops, Legal, Policy, Comms, City Operations, and Vendor partners to uphold service quality, drive continuous improvement, and execute key operational initiatives across the region.

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office.
