Lam Research in Bangalore is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope while aligning with our strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
• 5 years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Success working in an empowering team environment and driving organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.

Who we're looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Success working in an empowering team environment and driving organizational transformation

Preferred qualifications

• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
