Lam Research in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring cross-departmental alignment and obstacle removal.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.
• 5 years' progressive project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Adaptable, analytical, and proactive in addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure achievement of deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to progress.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively developing mitigation strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
